MOTORSPORT AT YARMOUTH STADIUM!
"There’s nowhere better to add to your holiday experience than being part of the world of Spedeworth Motorsports at Yarmouth Stadium; with plenty of variety in racing to keep the whole family entertained. Bring the kids - and big kids - for extreme entertainment like nothing else.
Get up-close-and-personal and see the whole track in front of you, meaning you can follow your favourite driver as they frantically race around the tarmac oval - doing their best to stay out of the way of the post-and-rope fencing which surrounds the track which has claimed many cars in its illustrious past!
Thrills and spills are part and parcel of oval motorsport, and the track has held countless races since it’s opening in the mid-20th Century, with thousands of people experiencing the world of oval motorsport.
Spectators have a number of different viewing options available to them at Yarmouth Stadium - facilities include a large car park, covered grandstand, bar and refreshment facilities; with grass banking around the bends and back straight of this tarmac track.
Tickets are only available at the Turnstiles, cash or card is accepted, and don’t forget that Yarmouth Stadium boasts excellent facilities to make your race night experience the best it can be. There’s nothing quite like the world of Spedeworth Motorsports, so bring the whole family for a night out like no other and see just how we’ve been entertaining generations since the 1960s…

What time do gates open?
Stadium gates open at least 3 hours before start time for competitors and and 1 hour before start time for spectators. At some special events this may vary, check the individual event pages when available.
Can I take my own chairs in?
Yes, the venue has plenty of grass banking to watch from - plus an undercover seated grandstand area located on the home straight and is charged at £2.00 per seat offering superb views of the racing action.
Can I take my own food and drink in?
Yes. The venue also has it's own bar/catering outlets.
What time does it start and finish?
The advertised time is the first race. We can't give an exact finish time, but events last around 3 hours on average depending on track clearance.
Can I go in the pits?
Yes. The pits are open to all but children must be accompanied at all times.

Bangers - Back to Basics - 68 cars
A Yarmouth Stadium staple: just as much as part of the Summer Holidays as an ice cream by the beach! The Back to Basics Bangers have provided huge crowds with plenty of race action so far this season, with the Summer Sizzler Series producing big grids and big action! Expect plenty of skidding, slipping and sliding on the way as these MOT failures get one last shot at glory!

It is easy to forget these drivers are just starting out in the oval racing careers, with this junior Hot Rod class often providing close high-speed racing. The 10-16 year old racers compete in Nissan Micras; and while these cars are more known for trundling around town, these race-ready Hot Rods achieve fast speeds and bring plenty of action when they take to the track.
