A cracking race, despite the conditions, saw Murray Jones make quick work of those in front of him to head the pack. 7 Glenn Salmon kept the 276 pilot honest as he maintained his challenge but he could not make up the distance. The new European Champion Todd Jones brought the 186 car home in third to cap off an excellent championship haul by the Jones boys who both carried tributes to National Saloon driver Steve Newman.

With the conditions remaining difficult, Chris Roots powered the 67 car to the front to take his first win in his new car.
Heat Two

A fantastic win for James Meadows who fought tooth and nail with 515 in the early stages to stay ahead and earn victory in the last race of the weekend. A very popular winner indeed.
