Spedeworth would like to clarify the 'new' tyre rules for the 2lt Hot Rods and Superstox.

In both formulas only ONE NEW TYRE is permitted per meeting.

Each driver must declare 4 tyres at scrutineering, (either 4 old or 3 old and 1 new), these need not to have been previously marked. If at some point during the meeting an additional tyre is required, a official or scrutineer must be found and this 1 extra tyre will be marked. Should you require any further additional tyres, because of damage or punctures only, this will be permitted, but the replacement tyre must be of a similar or worse condition, and again this MUST be marked by an official or scrutineer.

WET MEETINGS; If the Steward declares a "Wet Meeting" then you may use 4 New Tyres.

TYRE BUFFING; A reminder that tyre buffing is NOT permitted in either formula
